    Return Window
    Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. You must contact us within this window to initiate a return request.

    Product Condition
    Returned items must be in original, unused condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear. We cannot accept returns if:

    • The item has been worn, washed, stained, or damaged

    • The product is missing any original parts or accessories

    • The return is from a smoking or heavily scented environment

    Non-Returnable Items
    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom-made or special release products

    • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

    How to Start a Return
    Please email us at DoGoodContact@gmail.com with your order number and a short explanation for the return.
    If approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Once approved, you must ship the return within 14 days to be eligible for a refund.

    Exchanges
    We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after your return is processed.

    Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

    Refunds
    Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
    Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
