Thank you for supporting Do Good Company! Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.
1. Order Processing
Our products are made with care, and sometimes that takes a little extra time.

Processing Time: Orders typically take 1–2 weeks to process before shipping. This includes time for merchandise production and receiving DTF transfers or print materials.

Business Days: We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Carrier: All orders are shipped via USPS.

Flat-Rate Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout based on your order.

Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping within the United States.

Expedited Shipping: We do not currently offer expedited shipping options.
3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, most packages arrive in 3–7 business days, depending on your location and USPS service in your area.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your package is on the way.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Do Good Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If you entered the wrong address and the package is returned to us, we will re-ship it at no extra charge.

However, please contact us immediately at DoGoodContact@gmail.com to correct the issue before it ships.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
